Westminster quarter hour chimes on 5 "Sonora" resonated bells. Can be silenced leaving only the hour striking. 8 day movement marked "89AG", Sonora Chime movement marked, "90B", both running and striking properly. 14 inches high mahogany case has shaded marquetry on the front. Full back door with latch and brass cover with cutouts for sound to escape. 6 inch silver dial is signed, has painted numerals. Wear around all the winding arbors. This is one of their more attractive cases. Ly-Seth Thomas No. 715.
