Haas and Soehne (Sons), German shelf clock, ca 1910. Good little 13 inches light mahogany case with inlay designs on the front.

There is one tiny corner nick, a small hole in the front where Bubba tried to screw down a movement foot and used a half-inch screw for a quarter inch job. The case looks dry so Nu-Life or some polish would sure help. About half of a label on the back, brass side ornaments, feet, and sash. In addition, there is a brass curtain in the back door. No glass in the bezel. Solid plate, signed brass movement runs 8 days and strikes a large standing gong on half hours and hours. There is a large 5.5 inches porcelain dial with hairlines noticeable on close examination. The clock runs but needs the beat adjusted.
