All original and all the MOP and paint is bright and intact. The case is 8.5 inches tall with a 4 inches painted dial, which is original and has the usual four openings. Terry's typical but unique, patented 2 dumbbell pendulum, suspension spring movement, 30 hour time only, and signed only with the patent date, "Patented Oct.5th 1852", which is also typical. Push button latch to release the bezel. Ly-American Clocks, Volume 3, page 197. Value listed at $2000 because the clock is so rare, and the name S. B. Terry enhances the value.
