Condition: there are NO springs in this clock, no dial, no minute hand, tablet with central losses of gold..all black is flaked away. It may well be an Atkins; note alarm plates are riveted to the time plates on the left. One arbor is missing from the time side, verge and 'scape wheel intact, alarm verge OK too. Height 11.5 inches
