Condition: Bill sent this out for cleaning and it has been running on his wall in the basement showroom. Note in detail foto that the movement is SPRING driven, an option from Howard. There are no holes for pulleys, no case wear from a weight, since it Never had one. A scrape on the dial, through the signature, from setting the hands. Overall excellent original condition. Height 24 inches
