Condition: Although some brush marks are evident on his face, the balance of the paint on this figure is original and wonderful. Movement is properly signed Waterbury. Connector up to the eyes had fallen off and we put it back on for the foto; may need some adjustment, but does work. Dial paper is an old replacement. Way above average for what you find today in a blinker. Height 16 inches
