Condition: the mahogany case has French feet, and all kinds of inlay, half fan in the skirt of the feet, full fan in door, inlaid ovals in the door and base; hood has bell flowers and sprays of leaves in the door over the dial, and many other areas of intricate inlay. Trunk with quarter columns and fluted columns on the hood; capitals are missing, but readily available from any brass supply house. A first class New England case that will respond to TLC. Fret with repairs, but original. The painted dial is in good condition, with no signature, but with strong Chandler imprint on the original seat board. The minute hand is improper, but good replacements are available. Good tin canister weights and nice brass faced pendulum. Height 90 inches
