Condition - Brass case is in fine condition, but because of wear to the protective finish the case will need polishing. Porcelain dial signed "Bailey, Banks and Biddle, Philadelphia" is perfect and the hands are original. Movement is signed "France". Movement retains original platform escapement. Beveled glass panels are all xlnt. Case retains original leather covered carrying case, with strap and winding key (no face cover). Height 6.25 inches
