Condition - Marble case has been attractively restored to a very high polish. Porcelain dial has some hairline cracks and a chip between 1 and 2 o'clock. Porcelain calendar dial has some hairline cracks and couple of chips. The inner calendar dial has a hairline crack in blue sky also. Hands are original. Movement is signed with Japy medallion. Note this calendar, actuated by a rod from the upper movement, corrects for short months, and also has moon phase indications on a 28.5 day cycle. Height 15 inches
