Condition: overall good condition, with some corner and sharp edge chips. There is a repair label inside from 1982, signed W. Mather. The well made movement with the 1855 Silver Award [Argent], has open brocot escapement on the porcelain dial. The calendar dial shows the months around the circumference, with small dials for day and date. A lever with a pin on the time movement trips a lever once per day to advance the calendar, which corrects for short months. Height 19 inches
