Conditions: The main item that keeps this from being excellent is a filled chip in the porcelain dial below 6. this does not show in the foto and is not too noticeable. Nice Brocot escapement with jeweled pallets. The mercury vials have been replaced with glass and zinc inserts (now safe from mercury if you want to look at it that way). The typical crystal reg is 11"; this one is 13".
