Condition: Walnut case is in nice condition with original finish. Original dial has some wear around the number four. Hands are original. Top crest is missing. Original carved bottom has an engraved brass plaque that reads: "Presented to James Watson, BAKER, Cupar., 1st Feb. 1908". As the word "baker" is on a line by itself, smaller than the name, we assume the Mr. Watson was as specialist with pastries. If perfect, this would be worth $750. See the line drawing in Ly's book on Ansonia if you desire to make the top for it. Height 36 inches
