Condition: this clock has been carefully restored by a very good workman, but even his talents can not cover the signs of repair. The dial, hands, columns, scrolls, feet and skirt are new. Mounts for the dial are new. The balance appears old, including a nice label, now protected under plastic. The movement is complete and sound, with some repairs, ticks and strikes. The door tablet is old, C.1845 from a New York OG (Sperry or Johnson origin). As you can see from the foto, this clock is cosmetically very attractive. An original of this model would bring around $5000. The set of period finials is worth $500 alone. We have estimated this at the price of a nice reproduction. Height 28.7 inches
