Condition: Tan marble case in nice condition with only a little bit of roughness on the base. Retains original bronze case mountings, with some of their gilding.. Original gilt dial plate with porcelain number inserts has the numbers 11 and 12 with hairline cracks. Hands are original. Well made movement, serial No. 2447, has matching pendulum; note one of the visible escapement pallet jewels is broken off and will need service, also suspension spring. Gong sounding board has been turned over, front to back, to get better purchase. Will actually clean up well. Height 10 inches
