Condition: Walnut veneered case in pretty good condition with an old finish. Small veneer chip on the dial surround and along the bottom edge of the case bottom. Painted dial has been replaced with one having only a single winding hole The American movement is not signed, but looks like a Welch, and is missing its entire strike train. There is a small molding missing just below the pendulum aperture. Hands are original. The brass surround at the pendulum aperture was incorrectly repaired and will need attention. Overall fair condition; still quite decorative. Height 27 inches
