C.1970, Boston Area, Repro Mass Shelf Clock, 8-day weight driven, timepiece, in a well figured mahogany case with ball and eagle finial, and with late 19th century movement. Condition: overall wonderful condition, the movement is from an E. Howard Regulator 70, and with '70' and the Howard logo imprinted into the front plate of the movement. The pendulum is front mounted, and without a baffle or tie down. Original damascened bob. Has a nice dished dial and top tablet with the name of Aaron Willard, Boston, lower tablet of Boston Harbor and Wharf building. Height 35 inches
