C.1890, Austrian, 2nd Baroque, 3-Wt, Grand Sonnerie wall clock in black walnut case, 8-day, quarter striking. Condition: on the movement, the hour strike hammers is missing (you have the quarter hammer as a pattern); the tension spring under the canon barrel is missing, so the minute hand is loose.. Otherwise, the clock is in nice original, as-found condition, and will respond well to normal cleaning and re-stringing. The case is complete and sound with all its original moldings, however there are no stabilizers. Height 47 inches
