Condition: Refinished walnut case in very nice condition with a dent in the case just below the top arch molding, and with the following exception:. At some point the bottom edge of the case was damaged and the owner dealt with this by changing the shape (with a jig saw) and didn't quite do it to factory standards. It is not bad, but not first rate either. Original silvered dial is tarnished. Hands are original. Movement is signed; one movement hold down screw is missing. The bottom could be improved by a good cabinetmaker. Would be $1750 if perfect, so our estimate allows for the restorations, and still impressive as is. Height 40 inches
