C.1825, French, Ormolu Figural Clock, ADRASTE, Roman Warrior with woven leather skirt and body armor, lance in his left hand, pointing to his shield with his right hand, 8-day time and bell strike, silk thread. Condition: there is some wear to the gilding on the sides of the base and the rear, but facing surfaces are still quite bright and original. The dial has been refinished, and the hands are off of a much later clock. Still this case shows a very high level of detail, and is worthy of attention.
