Condition: the early movement to this clock has not been serviced in many years and is quite dark. The porcelain dial has some scratches and hairlines at 10 and 2, and a chip at the left winding hole. This is one of my favorite clocks in today's sale because of the unique subject matter. Amazingly, although the small glass jar and butterfly were loose on the clock, they had not been lost, even the ventilated lid to the trap is still there and it could easily be misplaced.. And lest anyone doubt the title of the clock, it is spelled out in banner form, in capital letters across the base of the clock. Height 17 inches
