Condition: Generally very good restored condition, playing your choice of Westminster, Whittington or St. Michaels tunes, the mahogany case with large claw feet, and refinished. The heavy and robust Elliott movement is signed both on the dial and the bottom of the back plate, and with serial No. 10721 . The brass dial with applied Arabic numerals, has selectors for strike-silent, chime-silent, and tune selection, and the phases of the moon indicated in the arch. Retains original weights (with minor dings), invar pendulum with lead filled bob, and all 9 tubes intact. Has been running and chiming. Some nicks and scrapes on case, commensurate with age. Height 91 inches
