Condition: the attractively veneered case has been stripped and needs finish; the glue joints are dry and need attention; the case back has split and needs gluing and reinforcement; door is out of alignment; minor chips in veneer, hour hand is broken. Dial signature is weak. However nothing major is really wrong with the clock, it has interesting canted corners typical of the Manchester area, and it will respond well to TLC. If you have been searching for an attractive tall clock and are a handy workman, this is perhaps for you. Will fit in 8ft ceiling with finial removed. Height 96.5 inches
