C.1885, French, Large Canister Swing Clock, a patinated spelter statue of MUSIC, holding aloft a large arm with porcelain dial, the well made movement with the imprint of Guilmet, and serial No. 1590. Condition: the crystal is absent from the movement, and a small dial chip at 12, otherwise it is in excellent original condition. The statue is in wonderful original condition, a young lady with music scroll in her right hand and holding the clock aloft with her left arm, the base of the statue signed by the artist: Kossowski. Movement appears to be clean and is running OK. Height 34 inches
