Condition: the numerals and dial signature have been professionally painted to the original "shadows" by a skilled restorer. The well made movement with shouldered plates and knobbed pillars. The idler side gear of the motion work has a replaced tooth and a decent solder repair to the side-cock that holds it; also the wind ratchet on the fusee is missing one tooth (not noticeable unless you stop turning in that one spot). The case needs some minor restorations: a wood piece lacking at bottom rear, and side door lacking small dust strips. For its age, a nice example of an early dial clock.; note also unusual 3 o'clock wind. Height 14 inches
