Condition: The case has suffered some and has been re-finished and the veneer on the base repaired. The movement ticks and strikes, apparently spent some time near the ocean, as a couple of the screw heads are a little rusty. The silvered time dial has lost much of its numeral paint, and you can just make out the name of the Paris retailer: Comeric Fromgh. The simple calendar dials still bear their original markings, days showing in abbreviated French, to the left, and the date to the right. Knobs from the rear allow you to advance for short months, and to change the day if the clock should stop. The well made movement has an interesting cam on the rear for adjusting F/S by raising the suspension spring, and on the Front plate is signed Vincenti and Cie (no marks on rear). A "once-a-day" cam advances the calendar below. Height 15 inches
