Condition: the top trim is from a chair back, doweled to fit the case; no extra holes in case top. There is a hole in the upper case back where the case was nailed to a wall (minor but present). Otherwise, the clock is original throughout and made by an Uhrmacher at a famous location, since there is to this day a clock shop at the same address, Burgasse 3, with the name Schmollgruber-Uhren. Height 45 inches
