Condition: Stripped oak case is in generally nice condition, now with a clear shellac finish, bottom glue joint has separated. Original paper dial has age darkened and is stained. Hands are original. Case houses an 8-day double wind A frame movement like that one pictured in Tray Duy Ly's Welch catalog, page 136. Pendulum looks to be original. Sessions made this Verdi model in oak, keeping with early 20th Century taste, and when they ran out of the movements, they never made more. With remains of Sessions label on rear. Height 32 inches
