22 October 2024
Condition: Nicely refinished case is in overall very good condition. There is an age crack just above the door. Paper dial is an old replacement, and has darkened from age. The dial grommet on the strike side is missing. Hands are original. Movement is signed. Two side figures are modern. For reference, see Tran Ly's Ansonia book (1998), page 445. Note this has the same feet and base as Mr. Wiemer's clock (fig 1762), and not the feet shown in the line drawing (which appear on a still different model). An uncommon model in nice condition.
