C.1855, New Haven Clock Co., 30-Hour time/strike OG shelf clock, 2-weight. Condition: Refinished rosewood and mahogany veneered case in nice condition with a small chip on the top front edge and on the bottom corner. Original painted dial has some paint loss around the mounting pins and soiled area around the winding arbors. Bottom glass is original, good Fenn, with some flaking. Old hands are from a 5" dial mantel clock, however replacements are available. Label inside refers this as an American clock, an apparent export model (clock came from Canada, and with a repair label from Bradford, Ontario). Ht 26" [66 cm]
