C.1890, French, Marti and Cie, 8-day time and bell strike four pillar mantel clock in the Empire style. Condition: Rosewood veneered and inlayed case is in extra nice condition with some wear to the ebonized areas, but with an original finish. There is a chipped area at about 6 o'clock to the original porcelain dial. Hands are original. Porcelain insert on the pendulum is perfect. Note strike hammer is missing, however replacements are available from Timesavers.com Ht 17" [43.1 cm]
