Condition: Cross banded mahogany veneered case in very nice condition with original finish. There are some scuff marks on the attached bracket. Original painted dial is xlnt and hands are original. Both tablets look to be original, however the center of the lower tablet has been restored, and the throat re-backed, and both could use additional attention. Brass door bezel is heavy brass, as well as the side arms. The right side arm has a small dent. Electrically wound movement is of high quality and very well made; will reportedly run for up to 24 hours if power fails. Eagle finial is probably a replacement. Ht 39.25" [99.6 cm]
