Condition: Refinished mahogany case in nice clean condition. Original dial is pretty good with some tarnish on the chapter ring and some stained areas in the center. Hands are original. Movement and chime mechanism are in clean operating condition, with nice tone. Good label inside case. Finials are original. See also lot 80 for "Chime No. 6", and for reference details, see Tran Ly's 1997 book on New Haven, page 95. Ht 20.5" [52.7 cm]
