C.1921 English Gravity timepiece, The 30-hour movement is driven by a weight inside the case that is raised by a lever on the side with a visible escapement and a compound bar-bell pendulum, serial No. L5727. Condition: Black painted case is very clean and may have been repainted. Black dial is very nice with a small scratch near 1 o'clock. Hands are original. One of the two screws that hold the escape wheel to the dial pan is missing. There is a small metal label on the back with patent numbers listed. We sold one of these in the May auction, lot 164 for $290. Ht 10" [25.4 cm]
