Condition: overall very good restored condition. The top carving has been copied from another clock, and the entire case refinished. The movement has been cleaned and restrung and is in good running order. Retains original pendulum, dial, hands, weights, beat scale and other case hardware. Impressive. For reference, see Tran Lys book on Ansonia Clocks [1998], page 180-81.
