Condition: the case still has bracket and top, however it is down to the carcass, painted black; no top ornament. The original and early silk thread / crown wheel movement is clean and sound between the plates, and with rack and snail, but is missing the following components: riser and strike hammer to go through case top, the bell itself and pendulum. The rear door to the case has been replaced. A project for the right craftsman. Ht overall 41" [102cm]
