C.1903, Gustav Becker, 400-day torsion pendulum timepiece in a nice mahogany case with Becker disc pendulum.

Condition: Mahogany case in good condition with an original finish, but with damage to rear corner edge of the top molding. Rest of the case is nice with minor scuff marks. Brass movement is quite clean with a little tarnish on the support columns. Original porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are original. Beveled glass panels are perfect. Movement is marked with Becker award medallions, serial No. 1801396, see plate 1195A in Terwilliger's repair guide. Also see appendix, item 70 for serial No. chart. Suspension spring currently too short. Ht 12" [30.4 cm]
