Condition: the top "transition" or curved piece got lost and someone made a piece that doesn't quite match. Note also "wings" on the side of the case, adornment that is not seen often. The movement is well made, with nicely polished levers, strikes the hours and quarters on coiled wire gongs. Shut off lever for strike is still intact. It is a 4 post mount and appears original to the case. There is a small shrink crack in the walnut bezel around the dial that needs gluing. Ht 52' [131.5cm]
