Condition: one side pane of glass is cracked, rest is fine. The movement is complete and sound and of very high quality. There are many similarities to the work of Smith and Sons (dial,, skeletonized snail, and "trigger" style strike actuation), however we have not seen this frame in Smith literature. The only minus we see is that the hands were replaced by some large Aluminum jobs, painted black...they really look OK, but a purist will want to find something better. Couple of small screws need replacing. Ht of clock only = 18.5" ht of case = 22.5" [57cm]
