Condition: the rear wind fusee movement has been cleaned and seems to be in good working order. It appears that a deft mechanic made a new brass dial (never silvered) to replace the old one, although it is unclear if the two men fencing in the arch are original or not. In any case they each swipe their sword at the other for each stroke of the quarter hour, and on the hour only the right swordsman raises his arm. Also has center seconds. The case with restorations, and lacking top finials. Our estimate would be much higher if the dial were original. Ht 11" [28cm]
