Condition: the brass governor has been replaced with a plastic one, seems to work OK, but hangs up occasionally. Whistles lively drinking song, and man's head swivels from side to side. Paint on the rear is chipped around the dust cover from novices prying it off. Ht 13.1" [33cm]
