Condition: Cast brass and sheet form case on a red marble base is in nice condition with some minor damage to the marble base corners. The case is now polished to the brass base. Original porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are original. This clock originally had a cooking pot cast pendulum that would oscillate between a pair of andirons (all 3 now missing). Movement is signed. There is a photograph of a complete clock on page 263 in "Mystery, Novelty and Fantasy Clocks" by Derek Roberts. Ht 16.5" [41.9 cm]
