Condition: Rosewood veneered case is in very nice condition with a little veneer loss on the back edge of the bottom. There is a little loss to the MOP inlay in the case. The gilded molding that surrounds the pendulum opening is intact, tablet is replaced. Original painted dial is pretty nice except for the location name that someone tried to enhance. Hands are original. Nice retail label inside from "F. Singer, Clock and Watch Maker, Notting Hill, Near the Gate, (and ending in) Old clocks taken in exchange" . Has a good lead filled pendulum, long brass rod may need shortening for time-keeping. Ht 28.5" [72.3 cm]
