Condition: Cast iron front with MOP and with an original finish, and dirt hiding original decoration. Original painted dial has paint loss the edge and in the center. Minute hand is cut down replacement; unique hour hand is original. Ribbed plate brass movement is the type made by Brewster and Ingrahams. Iron fronts continue to be one of the most under-appreciated clocks in Americana. Height 18.75 inches [47.6 cm]
