Condition: the case itself is pretty good with old finish, stenciling, minor veneer loss near door lock. Someone drilled a 1-inch hole in the dial to assist in beat setting. Tablet has been replaced with clear glass, and has an amateur water color pasted in. Has the ivory bushed oak plate movement, as pictured in Ken Roberts book on Conn Shelf Clocks, page 247, fig 102B. The label in this clock is like that shown on page 246 (with 102c), and with very large iron weights that are compounded. Height 36 inches [91cm]
