Condition: Mahogany veneered case in good condition with an old and possibly original finish. There is some veneer loss on the base. The splat is period, but the rest of the top is a replacement. The reverse painting of the Natural Bridge in Virginia tablet is interesting, but not original. Original dial is in good condition with some fading of the numbers. Hands appear to be original. Case has nice faux marble columns that have their gilt areas brushed over with gold paint (still quite nice). Label is very dark but legible. Height 31.25 inches [79.37m]
