Condition: the top trim got lost and someone has added a top from another piece of furniture; the proper top is identical to ST No. 30, also see other clocks in the sale with same/similar top. The pendulum also has been replaced with a modern German job that is light and thin. The main cabinet retains original golden oak finish. The dial has been properly repainted by the Dial House. This clock was leased by SWCC and a copy of the agreement and equipment tag No. 1684 are in the bottom of the case. Our estimate reflects the current condition.
