C.1890, French, 8-day time and bell strike white marble mantel clock, in "neglected" original shape. Condition: White marble case is in fair condition with chips to the sharp edges of the base and corners lacking on the waist molding. There has been a repair on the left corner below the dial and other small losses. Original porcelain dial is good but lacking the brass ring that separates the inner from the outer dial (if you don't have an old one, you'll need to spin this on a lathe). Escapement is OK. Moon hands are original. Long pendulum has matching number with movement. Crystal is scratched. Restore or for parts. Height 14.75 inches [37.5 cm]
