C.1820, French, Skeleton Timepiece, 8-day going barrel movement with silk thread suspension, mounted to a a marble base with beaded brass trim, under old glass dome. Condition: generally excellent condition, clean and running. Somewhere along the line, the name Fere has been added to the porcelain dial, however the dial itself is original and nice with only a small hairline near the winding hole. Glass dome and base are without flaws. Ht of clock = 11.7" [30cm], overall with dome and base 18" [46cm]
