C.1876, (dated presentation), Ithaca Calendar Clock Co., NY, "No. 3 1/2 PARLOR", Double dial perpetual calendar clock, in walnut with ebonized trim.
Condition: overall excellent restored condition, the case has been tastefully refinished some time ago and with nice mellow patina. There are 3 replaced items: the rear dust cover, which the workman made in one piece, not realizing that the early model should be 2 [note you can simply cut this board in 2, or leave it as is, it works fine], second, the dial pan has been properly re-papered, and third, the rollers have been re-covered.. The best part of this clock is the original engraved presentation plaque, reading: "W. W. Wood, From his Office Associates, Sept. 13, 1876". Movements are clean and functioning. Good instruction label inside door. For detailed material on this model, see Tran Ly's book titled Calendar Clocks, (1993) pages 132 - 35. Value if original = $3750. Height 20.25 inches [51.5cm]
