Condition: the case is exceptionally clean, however, the old top is from another clock, in the Nouveau style. The movement is well made, high quality, the dial signed Joh. Bartoschek, in Wien. It is a slide mount, however the corbels have loosened from the glue drying. The dial has a spider crack at 7:30. Old, plain hands were probably installed in early 20th century to make the time easier to see. Overall a very nice clock that will respond to cleaning/ tightening. Height 46 inches [117cm]
